Enterboard is a melamine surfaced thermosetting material cured under high heat and pressure. The resulting sheets have a thickness of 0.024” with characteristic hard surfaces for fine tolerances that prevent burring.
Enterboard in thinner gauges is used as entry material and as a template backup material, while Enterboard in thick gauges is used as backup material by itself or with a slip-sheet. Having a high-end performance, Enterboard is suitable for the most difficult applications such as small hole drilling and high aspect ratio. Enterboard’s light color aids in the detection of broken tools.
