Aluminum Entry .004”

Aluminum has been used extensively as entry material for the drilling of printed circuit boards. This is produced from the highest quality aluminum for optimum hardness and heat dissipation. We use 1234-1145 Alloy, thickness at 0.004”, H19 Temper and degreased.

Due to the high quality of our product and characteristics of heat dissipation, this will reduce drill wear and heat related hole defects such as burring.
